Shipping Policy
Made-to-order means two clocks: how long we take to make it, and how long the carrier takes to deliver it.
Lead time vs. transit time
Custom orders require a production lead time of 10–14 business daysbefore your piece is handed off to the shipping carrier. Transit time is additional and depends on your destination and the carrier's service level.
Lost or stolen packages
Once the carrier marks a package as “Delivered,” responsibility passes to the recipient. We are not responsible for packages confirmed delivered by the carrier but reported missing or stolen. If a package is lost in transit (not marked delivered), contact us and we will help open a claim with the carrier.
